We have sets of mini-courses for yellow, orange and red. At each colour, there are 3 sections that each use a different type of terrain on the map and will bring out different skills. You can do any number of the exercises. This is a great way of practicing your skills outside of the pressure of an event.
There will be flags for the controls, but not SportIdent.
Coaching tips available from 11 am, finishing and packed up by 1 pm.
