The event on Sunday is pre-entry only. Everyone who would like to come along MUST fill out the pre-entry form HERE. We will not be taking any entries on the day. Entries close at midnight on Friday night.
If you have a CSW clip card or a Wellington club clip card, you may use this for your payment. Everyone else should follow the instructions from the online entry and transfer their entry fee into our bank account.
All participants must leave the event immediately after finishing their course (and downloading). We also request that parents avoid hanging around waiting around for their children to finish, but rather drop off their children and return to pick them up later.
The event centre will look different from what you are used to. Please ensure you follow all the signs and listen to any instructions you are given.
Ensure you follow the recommendations from the Ministry of Health around personal hygiene: wash your hands often, cough/sneeze into your elbow, consider wearing a face covering. You must not come to the event if you have any cold or flu symptoms.
We have split the start window up into blocks. The first three blocks are for schools running in our CSW competition.
The afternoon block is for club members and families (including the children of club members who are competing in the CSW series). Please ensure that you arrive during your assigned start block and leave as soon as you have completed your course.
Block 1: 10:30 am – 10:50 am: Onslow College, Wellington College, Wellington Girls’ College, Samuel Marsden, Queen Margaret College
Block 2: 10:50 am – 11:10 am: Newlands College and all other Wellington/Kapiti schools
Block 3: 11:10 am – 11:30 am: Hutt Valley High School and other Hutt Valley schools
Block 4: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Club members, general public, and families (note that if we have a large number of entries, we may split this into two separate start blocks).
We are using the southern area of the Mt Vic Map - for those that know it well, hopefully you will find some places you didn’t know about.
The event centre will be at the Hataitai Velodrome, access from Ruahine St/ SH1. There is parking up by the velodrome. A one way traffic system goes past the netball courts. Please look out for runners to and fro.
We expect the toilet facilities will be closed.

The bush is a mixture of native and exotic and can be scratchy in places. Currently quite dry under foot, but it can be slippery in places with pine needles or mud. And there are other park users, including mountain bikers to watch out for.
