College Sport Wellington & Public Event
These events are traditional orienteering events held in parks around the greater Wellington region on Sundays from 11 am – 1 pm. These events provide an opportunity for students new to orienteering to experience non-urban events and learn how to orienteer, while providing a challenge to experienced orienteers.
Hill Rd entrance to Belmont Regional Park
Please note that this area is open and exposed - make sure you have appropriate clothing, especially if it is windy or cold. Parts of the course are steep and may be slippery underfoot. It is a working farm so please give stock a wide berth. Speed Limit 30kph on farm roads.
Absolutely NO DOGS, even in cars
All participants must carry a whistle. Only use the whistle if you need urgent help due to injury or distress
