The ONZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Thursday 15th April 2021 at 7:30pm and is being held using the Zoom Video Conference service.

All ONZ Club Members are welcome to attend. RSVP here. Only club delegates may vote during the AGM.

We ask that all clubs are represented at the meeting and are urgently asking clubs that have not informed ONZ of their voting delegate to RSVP here.

The agenda and annual report will both be circulated to clubs and will appear on the ONZ website on Thursday 8th April 2021.

Links to downloadable versions of the ONZ Annual Report will be emailed out to clubs and participants on the evening of Thursday 8th April 2021.  This will also include the 2020 AGM Minutes and 2021 AGM Agenda.

Update Zoom

Prior to Meeting: Please ensure your Zoom Software is up-to-date.

If you have previously installed Zoom on your computer, please check you have updated to the latest version of the Zoom desktop software.  

On Windows 10 – Open Zoom. Either:

• Login and access the apps “profile menu” which is found in upper right hand corner. Select “Check for Updates”.
• After starting zoom, Right-Click on the Zoom blue icon located in the Windows 10 notification area beside the clock. (Additional notification icons may be in ^ ). Select "Check for updates" . 

On Mac –

• Open Zoom in Applications folder. In the Zoom.us menu select “Check for updates”.

On mobile devices –

the software should be updated through the Apple/Google Play app stores updates.

Alternatively visit https://zoom.us/support/download to download and install the latest version. This will update previously installed versions.
