This coming Sunday is Race 2 in our annual Pelorus Challenge series between runners from Marlborough and Nelson clubs. It is open entry to all comers, so even if you are not a club member please come along.
The courses have been set in the Black Hill area at St Arnaud which is between Kerr Bay and West Bay. The area was first used for the 2015 NZ Middle Distance Champs and features an intricate track network within the western part of the village as well as detailed rock and vegetation areas.
6 courses available planned by Jane Lambert and Controller Sally Lattimore with support from Michael Croxford.
White 1.6km, Yellow 1.7km, Orange 4.5km, Short Red 2.0km, Medium Red 4.2km and Long Red 5.0km.
Registration from 10am at the western end of Kerr Bay, starts available from 10.30am to 12 noon, course closure at 2pm.
