Specific Hazards and Notes:
- Steep slippery escarpment area especially if wet. There is one safe marked route up the escarpment , this does not rule out viable alternatives.
- Area can be exposed if the weather is cold wet and windy. Please bring appropriate clothing.
- The long is about 7-8 km and shot is about 4 km so choose your course carefully.
Head away from the harbour/sea. If you are south of the start, go north. If you are north of the start, head south. This will bring you to the start area and main access track.
- Please do not come to the event if you have any cold or flu symptoms, or are in your COVID-19 isolation period.
