What is JWOC? JWOC stands for Junior World Orienteering Championships. The name says it – Its the ultimate top level world championship orienteering races for anyone aged 20 and below as of 31 December in the year of competition. New Zealand uses a selection process to pick its best 6 men and 6 women available orienteer juniors to represent NZ. The team members get to wear the Kiwi teams distinctive black Trimtex uniform, compete for a podium placing in the races, and enjoy the travel, fun, and the social friendships within the team and with fellow international competitors.
JWOC consists of five races over the week long competition.

WOC2020 Cancelled-The IOF has announced that WOC2020 rescheduled for October in Denmark has now been cancelled. NZ JWOC 2018 Team – Middle Distance Start Times (Friday Night NZST)-NZ team pleased to have four athletes in the A final tomorrow; congrats to Katie, Max, Joe & Cameron. They will all be wearing GPS.
