From surgery to podium and re-charged for world champs

Lizzie Ingham has had many challenges to overcome, as she prepares for the World cup this year. Tim & Laura Robertson are also ranked in the top 100 and and Al Landels won the world cup in 1994. But in women’s orienteering Lizzie certainly sets a rock solid standard for New Zealand sports women, especially after all that has been thrown at her. Her advice:
“The key is in the balance, so knowing how hard you can push yourself physically while still staying on top of the map reading and the decision-making”
