Following a review into the structure of high performance staffing and the advertising of the positions. ONZ is pleased to announce the following appointments:

ONZ High Performance Steering Group:

Joseph Lynch, Kieran Woods, Tane Cambridge, Briana Steven, Scott Smith

The roles are of huge strategic importance to orienteering as they will not only be responsible for the oversight and running of our High Performance Programme, but also will be instrumental in the creation of a new HP plan. This plan will be produced in September and will have direct impact on everything from athlete development to selection criteria, to national priorities.
