IOF World Cup starts tonight

IOF Orienteering World Cup

The first round of the 2019 IOF World Cup starts tonight in Helsinki with a middle distance. New Zealand has two entrants – Tim Robertson and Lizzie Ingham, although Lizzie picked up an ankle injury last week and is in doubt of starting.

Details of live coverage can be found at https://orienteering.sport/event/orienteering-world-cup-round-1/middle/#current with the women’s race starting at 6.15 pm (NZLST) and the men’s at 9.20 pm (Helsinki is 9 hours behind NZ at present). GPS tracking for the women is from 6.50 pm and for the men from 11.20 pm. Tim’s start time is 11.35 and Lizzie’s 8.17.
