ONZ intends to send two national secondary school teams to compete for the Southern Cross Trophy held as part of the Australian Orienteering Festival. With up to forty athletes taking part in two teams, we intend to have three coaches and two managers to oversee the coaching and logistics of these teams.
ONZ has just appointed two coaches and two managers for this year’s Southern Cross trip to Australia. We are now seeking an additional coach be appointed to give the coaching/management team the same numbers we had in 2022. To this end, we would like to call for additional applications for this role. We understand that for many an application may be conditional of your child being selected so we will announce the full management team (including this appointment) along with the full team selection following Kings Birthday Trials.
