2026 WOC, JWOC, WUOC and EYOC Team Trial Dates

Details of the 2026 team selection trials for the World Orienteering Championships (WOC), Junior World Orienteering Championships (JWOC), World University Orienteering Championships (WUOC) and European Youth Orienteering Championships (EYOC) are as follows:

WOC Trials

For New Zealand-based athletes:

• 2026 Oceania Sprint Championships, Central Coast, NSW, Australia
  • 24 January 2026: Oceania Knock Out Sprint
  • 25 January 2026: Oceania Sprint

For overseas-based athletes:

• Further information will be provided in the WOC Selection Notice

EYOC / JWOC / WUOC Trials

• Team Trials Weekend, Auckland
  • 7 March 2026 (AM): Sprint
  • 7 March 2026 (PM): Middle
  • 8 March 2026: Long

First start on 7 March is tentatively 8:30am. Travelling athletes are advised to arrive on Friday 6 March.
