Toby Scott has finished 75th out of a field of near 130 in the first race of the 2023 IOF World Cup – a long distance held in Ostfold, Norway. The men’s course of 15 k with 660 m of climb featured a classic mix of leg length in rolling forest. Toby had a relatively clean run with only a couple of small errors in the control circle at controls 26 and 27, to finish in a time of 1:50:14. This was 22 minutes behind winner Kasper Harlem Fosser of Norway.
Toby next fronts in the middle distance on Saturday.
