The 2021 National U23 Camp is being held in Palmerston North between Wednesday 8th and Tuesday 14th December 2021. This is a high performance camp open to members of the U23 squad and others by application.

The camp focuses on technical, physical and mental preparation for competition at international level (e.g. JWOC/WUOC). Demonstrated achievement at national level and a high degree of fitness are required. Numbers are limited to 30-35.

Applications open to those aged between 17 and 23 years of age.

Coaches for the Junior Camp are also encouraged to apply to attend.
