The first round of the 2023 IOF World Cup starts on Thursday night NZ time in Norway with a long distance race. The races are based around Ostfold where WOC 2019 was held. With Tim Robertson out through injury, Toby Scott will be the sole Kiwi in both the long and middle distance (Saturday).
First start for the long is just after 10 local time in Norway, that is 8 pm in New Zealand, so if the ONZ AGM gets too trying, simply switch to https://orienteering.sport/event/orienteering-world-cup-round-1-3/long/
