It’s hard to believe a year has gone by. The Board had a planning session in November to consider and develop the business plan for 2025. Much of our work will continue as an organisation but with an emphasis on some key items. These include:

• Increased funding for high performance – given the increase in costs for our athletes over the last few years we plan to increase our budget for supporting High Performance.
• Development of a strategy for engaging with schools.
• Working on a feasibility study for a possible JWOC hosting bid. 
• The trial of two roles to support the technical committee work and for clubs hosting large national events, streamlining processes and allowing clubs to plan and control events.

Please do engage with the draft business plan, we would love your feedback (the good, the bad and the ugly) prior to our next meeting at the end of January.
