There is an early bird entry fee for Oceania (closes off at the end of May)…What do the athletes who are wanting to trial for the NZ World Cup team do?…should they enter Oceania and then ask the Aussie organisers to transfer their entries (events & fees) over to the World Cup events if they are selected? or just wait until team is selected and pay the late entry fee to Oceania if they miss selection?
Thanks Wendy T for finding the answer to my question …The entry information on the Oceania site states:
Potential Team Members & Early Bird Entries
To take advantage of early bird entry fees, Elite entrants and potential National schools team members are welcome to enter Oceania races before the end of May. If you are subsequently selected in a World Cup or National schools team we will refund you your relevant Oceania entry fees upon request.
