Does your club have experience with online membership management systems that you could share with North West?
At North West OC we want to improve our systems; we think that an online registration system is the way to go; and we know that there are a number of member database products available. But we don’t know which ones are good / bad; and we’re still deciding whether we want an all-in-one website+member database+e-newsletter product, or instead use two or more separate tools.

Add ClubHub to your list. http://www.clubhub.co.nz/
It has Xero integration.
I’d also look for a system which integrates with MailChimp or equivalent.
Have you looked at http://www.wildapricot.com/
We use GroupSpaces at OBOP and I find it pretty good. Good for managing contacts, creating groups and sending out emails. Pretty easy to use. Few minor formatting bugs. Relatively cheap.
