What? This is a parent-led 4 day residential orienteering training camp at the start of the summer holiday.

Who? All keen young orienteers, of any level / experience, up to and including yr 8 (yr 4 and below should be accompanied by a parent).

When? Starting approx 2pm Thursday 19 December, ending around 3pm, Sunday 22  December (exact times TBA)

Where? Teapot Valley Camp, near Wakefield, 25min South of Nelson

Cost? Low costs around $225 per person per person including all accommodation, food, coaching and maps. Parents will need to provide transport.

What do I do now? There are two forms, one for the youths attending and one for the parent helpers

Notes: This camp is not run in conjunction with Orienteering New Zealand. Please let us know who will be responsible for your child during the camp. If you’re unable to find someone, just inform us, and we’ll see if we can help arrange it. Adults who attend will be expected to help out in some way, e.g. with transport, coaching or as helpers on hand to support the camp in various ways.
