Orienteering Taranaki President Tom Higgins, (pictured in article) is both an orienteer and farmer, and he figured the best way to find new orienteering areas was simply to ask the local community. Two local papers – Opunake and Coastal News and The Stratford Press have featured an article for the club, and it has created a few responses already.
