- Favourite pair of running shoes you’ve ever owned: Adidas Yeezy 350 Boosts in Turtle Dove
- Biggest challenge for you in competing JWOC 2016 in Switzerland? Adjusting to the terrain (especially altitude) and dealing with big race pressures
- Most looking forward to JWOC 2016? Racing
- In 5 years time my dream would be… that I would be…. travelling the Worlds outdoors (while orienteering)
Katie Cory-Wright 
- Age: 16
- Occupation: Student at Cashmere High School
- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time: Sleep, eat, social media, train
- Favourite time of day to train: 5pm
- Favourite pre race meal: Anything that tastes good

- Biggest challenge for you in competing JWOC 2016 in Switzerland? Physical, altitude, trying not to spend to much
- Most looking forward to JWOC 2016? The middle
- In 5 years time my dream would be… that I would be to travel the world

- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time: More sport like hockey and lacrosse, watching tv, listening to music
- Favourite time of day to train: After school/ in the evening, maybe a run along the skyline at sunset

- Biggest challenge for you in competing JWOC 2016 in Switzerland? Definitely the altitude
- Most looking forward to JWOC 2016? Getting the experience of racing at such a high level competition

- Most looking forward to JWOC 2016? The Long distance, I always look forward to a long distance as it is mentally, technically and physically draining, it’s one of the highlights in JWOC week!
- In 5 years time my dream would be… too own a plantation forest to Orienteer in!

- Biggest challenge for you in competing JWOC 2016 in Switzerland? Not making mistakes and making it into the Middle A final after 2 close attempts

- In 5 years time my dream would be… my orienteering dream would be to have competed at WOC and have some sort of sprint title! My dream dream… hmmm… being in a Christopher Nolan film wouldn’t be half bad!

- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time: What spare time? Train, eat, sleep, repeat. Oh and uni
- Favourite time of day to train: A crisp 7:30am that warms into early morning
- Favourite pre race meal: A CAB and a coffee from Goodness Gracious Bagels
