JWOC Long Distance – top 10 for Shamus and Tim

Shamus Morrison and Tim Robertson have produced great runs in the JWOC Long Distance in Rauland overnight to finish 9th and 10th respectively. With only 3 seconds separating the pair of them in Tuesday’s Middle Distance the margin blew out to 7 s last night! Shamus and Tim were only 4 minutes behind winner Olli Ojanaho of Finland who won his second gold medal of the week. Nick Smith was a commendable 44th, while in the women’s final only 1 second separated Alice Tilley and Kayla Fairbairn in 47th and 48 th places. Dani Goodall, at her first JWOC, was less than a minute further back, all 3 making the top 40%.
