The President and Leaders Forum included representatives from 16 of our 18 clubs as well as the ONZ Board and General Member. 

The first half of the meeting looked at the strategic pillars and clubs shared their feedback about the content of the draft strategic plan as well as examples of areas where ONZ could provide assistance and a number of resources that clubs and ONZ had produced.

The second half of the meeting focused on the schools part of the draft Junior and Schools strategy. Clubs discussed their experiences and challenges a wide range of differing backgrounds and a couple of clubs expressed an interest in being involved in 2-3 trial investments in the school space.

Throughout the forum volunteerism and coaching were a common themes. Discussions ranged from the potential use of paid positions to utilising volunteer and coaching resources.
