High Performance Leader
The High Performance Leader is primarily responsible for raising the performance levels of a selected group of elite orienteers and providing a believable pathway to success for the NZ High Performance Orienteering community with a view to improving the results achieved by New Zealand representative teams.

National Squad Coaching Co-ordinator
The National Squad Coaching Co-ordinator is primarily responsible for raising the performance levels of a selected group of elite orienteers, with a view to improving the results achieved by New Zealand representative teams. The Coaching Co-ordinator also assists the ONZ Selection Panel in selecting Squad members.

Development Squad Co-ordinator
The Development Squad Co-ordinator is primarily responsible for raising the performance levels of a selected group of young orienteers, with a view to improving results achieved by New Zealand age-group representative teams and identifying suitable candidates for advancement to the National Squad.
