NZL has started the season of IOF World Championships with a gold medal as Gillian Ingham has taken out the W60 Sprint title at the World Masters Championships in Copenhagen. Gillian, having finished 2nd in her qualifying heat yesterday, won by 2 seconds from a Swiss runner and another 10 s ahead of a 3rd placed Hungarian.

Day 4 here at JWOC Training Week was a nice easy rest day, involving some intervals and a short jog. Check it out!
Today was a long distance simulation on a map called Pirto, where most of the team took it relatively easy and focused on getting into the right racing mindset, ready for the long on Monday. Check out the terrain and some of the team’s thoughts!
